A seafood legend is bringing his latest restaurant to Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). Located in Terminal A’s satellite area, the fast-casual Roger’s Fish Co. offers travelers fish and chips, chowder, fresh lobster rolls and crab cakes, as well as beers, ciders and frozen cocktails from Roger Berkowitz, who served as the longtime president and CEO of Legal Sea Foods prior to selling the brand in 2020.
“Roger Berkowitz is a longtime partner here at Boston Logan, and we are excited to welcome him and Roger’s Fish Co.,” said Rich Davey, CEO of Massport. “Seafood is an iconic part of Boston’s culture, and passengers will now have another great option to experience fresh, fantastic seafood while visiting the airport.”
“I’m excited to be back at Logan once again, bringing travelers my favorite recipes kicked up a notch – like our ‘Double Clam Chowder’ – as it’s my intent to provide travelers the best seafood experience available anywhere, including the airport,” said Berkowitz. “This new concept offers full-service quality menu items but executed in a fast-casual, quick-serve environment. We’ve meticulously designed Roger’s Fish Co. to be inviting, and it’s my take on a modern-day fish shack. We’re maximizing speed and efficiency while delivering exceptional quality.”
“We’re proud to welcome Roger’s Fish Co. to Boston Logan as part of our commitment to enhancing the dining experience for our travelers,” said Michael DiCosola, president of BOS concessions program manager MarketPlace Development. “As preferences evolve, we’re focused on introducing fresh concepts while delivering the familiar flavors that define Boston. Roger’s Fish Co. brings a locally inspired, high-quality option for visitors and residents alike, further strengthening a dynamic and welcoming airport experience.”
