Job Description
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the airport’s food & beverage and retail concessions program. Manage concessions operations for compliance with policies and procedures, and relevant operational, safety & security regulations. Maintain all areas of responsibility including food courts, and common areas. Conduct required monthly inspections both operational and food safety.
Responsibilities
Operations/Compliance
- Assist with the concession’s maintenance and inspections program
- Execute special assignments that may be given from time to time
- Ensure Street Pricing Policy compliance with all tenants
Merchant Relations
- Maintain effective relationships with merchants, contractors, Airport Authority, and airport tenants
- Respond to tenant operational issues, problems, and requests, including after-hours alerts and emergencies
Inspections
- Conduct and accurately record inspections and resolve violations and deficiencies
- Risk Management
- Serve as key member of the Risk Management Committee
Contract Services
- Ensure that contracted services are managed in accordance with the agreement and company standards

Education, Experience and Special Knowledge
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least three years of experience in facility operations / restaurant management or relevant management is necessary
- Thorough knowledge of facility operations, restaurant, shopping center, budgeting and housekeeping standards and practices
- Valid driver’s license, clean driver’s record and personal transportation is required
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and email programs
- Some familiarity with relevant OSHA regulations and state and local ordinances is a plus
